“Taming is an act too often neglected, it means to establish ties. You become responsible, forever, for what you have tamed. You are responsible for your rose.”
The fox, from Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s Le Petit Prince
“When we speak about love, we mean the desire for beauty.”
Marsilio Ficino

taming the light is an inquiry into beauty, across design, brands, art, fashion, film, and food.

This is an endeavor in seeing - through the Looking glass, witnessing the Refractions and Sparks - to unravel the infinite in the infinitesimal. It’s also a practice of care and love - dedicating Love notes to light and form, to softness and color; collecting Arrays and Desk Crits of beautiful words, silhouettes, and palettes.

It is a relentless joie de vivre.
